I hope my ideal school starts at 8.30 a.m. because l like to get up late. I hope my ideal school finishes at 4.30 p.m. So l can have lots of time to have a rest and do some after-school activities.

My ideal school is very large, it has three tall buildings , a big dining hall, a tennis court, a big playground and a park.

We have an hour for lunch, we can eat delicious food and chat with each other in the big dining hall. We can also listen to pop music here.

We have Math lesson everyday because l like Math very much. I also like English, so we have English everyday. We needn’t wear school uniform. The classes are quite small, there are about 15 students in each class.

We have activities after school once a week. At the weekend, we needn’t do much homework. Everymonth, we go on a school trip to Shanghai orSuzhou.

Back in the years when I was only six years old or so, I had my first taste of English. It seemed very strange to me. At the very beginning, I was not so interested in this strange language. Moreover, the English TV program always took time away from my cartoon shows. As a result, I started to hate English.

Time flies. Things completely changed at the end of my primary school life. In the last exam of the whole primary school period, I did so well in English that I got a full mark. I found that I could do a perfect in English if I put my heart on it. This exam seems to be a turning point on my road of studying English and has really inspired me. Although there are still many challenges waiting for me, these setbacks won’t hurt my confidence and will push me to study harder.

Nothing is impossible for willing hearts and I believe, in the future, I can fly as high as I wish to.

A Place to Sleep 睡觉的地方

By the time John pulled into the little town, every hotel room was taken. "You've got to have a room somewhere." he pleaded. "Or just a bed--I don't care where."

"Well, I do have a double room with one occupant," admitted the manager," and he might be glad to split the cost. But to tell you the truth, he snores so loudly that people in adjoining rooms have complained in the past. I'm not sure it'd be worth it to you."

"No problem," the tired traveler assured him. "I'll take it."

The next morning, John came down to breakfast bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. When asked about how he slept, he replied, "Never better."

The manager was impressed. "No problem with the other guy snoring, then?"

"Nope. I shut him up in no time."

"How'd you manage that?"

"He was already in bed, snoring away, when I came in the room," John said. "I went over, gave him a kiss on the cheek, said, 'Goodnight, beautiful.' With that he sat up all night watching me."

My favourite colour is green,we can see the colour everywhere:tree leaves are green,grass is green and so n is also a healthy colour,during our lives,we seeing this colour more often is good for our eyes,and why we don't called those natural food like "Red Food","Blue Food" or "Purple Food"? So you can understand how impotant it n means life,hope youth and 's my favourite colour:Green,I hope more and more people will like green like me.

However, they have also caused some problems such as air pollution and traffic jams. How can we solve these problems then? As far as I'm concerned, riding bicycles is a good solution. For one thing, bicycles don't need any petrol and they are energy-saving. For another, bicycles are environmentally friendly because they won't give off waste gas. What's more, riding bicycles is a good way for us to exercise and it is good for our health. Therefore, let's take the responsibility to build up a lowcarbon city by riding bicycles.
