奥巴马总统国情咨文，经济目标将成重点
U.S. President Barack Obama will present his vision for the nation's economy when he delivers his annual State of the Union address Tuesday night before a joint session of the U.S. Congress. In a video released to his supporters days before the speech, Mr. Obama says he will unveil a blueprint for an economy "built to last," including new proposals for manufacturing, clean energy and education, all of which he says benefit the country's middle class.
The president said the U.S is faced with two vastly different directions for the economy - "one towards less opportunity and less fairness," or an economy that "works for everyone, not just the wealthy few." Mr. Obama is also using Tuesday's State of the Union address - the third of his presidency - as a blueprint for his 2012 re-election campaign, by highlighting the differences between himself and opposition Republicans.美国总统奥巴马星期二晚间将在国会参众两院联席会议上发表年度国情咨文讲话，届时，他将陈述他对全国经济前景的看法。演讲前几天，奥巴马在一段向支持者公布的录像中说，他将公布经济“持久发展”的计划，包括为制造业、清洁能源以及教育等领域提出的新提议。他说，所有这些提议都将让中产阶级获益。
