发改委宣布 到2020年智能汽车新车占比将达到50%

By the year 2020, smart cars will account for up to 50% China's new car market, according to a draft smart cars strategy released by China's top economic planner.

根据我国最高经济规划部门近日发布的一份关于智能汽车的战略草案显示，到2020年，智能汽车在我国新车市场中所占比重将高达50%。

The draft strategy, produced by the National Development and Reform Commission, is open for public feedback.

这份战略草案由国家发展和改革委员会起草，将于近日面向公众征集意见。

The blueprint is part of the country's efforts to grow into a global power in smart car development and production by 2035.

该计划是我国力争在2035年前成为智能汽车发展和生产的全球强国的一部分。

In order to perfect the legal system for self-driving technologies, the government will speed up the drafting of regulations for public road tests of autonomous driving and revise the current road safety regulations "when conditions are mature".

为完善自动驾驶技术领域的法律制度，政府将加快起草公共道路自动驾驶测试规范，并“在条件成熟时”对当前的道路安全法进行修订。

"Developing such cars is of great significance, which would create new economic growth points, alleviate traffic-related problems and enhance China's competitive edge," said the commission.

发改委表示：“发展这类汽车具有重要意义，它将创造新的经济增长点，缓解交通相关问题，增强中国的竞争优势。”

The commission also expects China to basically finish a framework of smart car standards - ranging from technological innovation and infrastructure to legislation, production supervision and information safety - by 2020.

发改委还预计，到2020年，我国标准智能汽车的技术创新、基础设施、法规、产品监管和信息安全框架将基本完成。
