Jason：What do you think of this flat?

Alice：It's not really all that good. The bedroom is a little small for us。

Jason：Small but it should be enough for our needs, I think。

Alice：But there's no hot water after 10 at night. Sometimes I like to have a hot shower before bed, especially in the winter. It feels good。
