其实就是国际音标中的6个困扰音——[ɑ:]、[e]、[ ]、[ei]、[ai]、[au];考生必须对着镜子把嘴型做到位，不断读这6个音，同时也要读其相关的单词，每天至少要练习30分钟。

2、选择合适跟读材料，每天跟读30分钟。
